What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers to answer questions and provide clear, helpful information about their policies.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships, generating referrals and retaining business.
- Assist customers in updating and customizing their insurance coverage to suit their evolving needs.
- Identify gaps in coverage and introduce new products that provide added value.
- Guide customers through the claims process, keeping them informed and supported every step of the way.
- Address billing inquiries with patience and clarity.
- Maintain accurate records to ensure smooth, efficient customer interactions.
- Plan and coordinate events and fundraisers that support our community and agency goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills paired with a warm, approachable personality.
- Organized, mature, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Customer service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are what matter most!

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
