What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their insurance needs across multiple lines (auto, home, life, business, and more).
  • Present and explain a variety of insurance products and coverage options tailored to each customer’s unique situation.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships to generate referrals, retain business, and achieve sales goals.
  • Identify gaps in coverage and recommend additional products to provide comprehensive protection.
  • Guide customers through the claims process, ensuring they feel supported and informed every step of the way.
  • Address billing inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure seamless customer service and follow-up.
  • Plan and participate in community events and fundraisers that enhance agency visibility and customer engagement.
What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable personality.
  • Organized, mature, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proven sales ability or strong desire to develop sales skills within a multi-line insurance environment.
  • Ability to set goals and consistently reach or exceed them.
  • Customer service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a drive to succeed are what matter most!
