We are seeking a motivated Sales Team Member to help grow our customer base by acquiring new prospects and supporting sales campaigns. This entry-level role offers training and a clear path toward earning your Property & Casualty licenses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new prospects through various outreach methods
- Make cold calls to potential customers
- Scrub and update sales lists to maintain accuracy
- Adjust sales approach as needed based on feedback and results
- Call current customer campaigns to support retention and cross-selling
- Visit local businesses to build relationships by delivering gifts or food
